Tambuwal approved purchase of 15,000 JAMB/ DE forms worth N 70.5m for 2019/ 2020 session.
Sokoto State Governor,Alhaji Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has approved the purchase and distribution of Fifteen thousand JAMB/DE Forms, worth over N 70.5million, for the 2019/2020 Session.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary Ministry for Higher Education, Pharm. Almustapha Othman Ali and available to newsmen in Sokoto, on Friday .
He said the Forms will be distributed to qualified State indigenes free.
Pharmacist Almustapha Ali also said the Governor has approved the payment of Online registration fees for all the beneficiaries of the forms.
The Permanent Secretary further explained that, the distribution of the Forms will be carried out at the Secretariat of all the Twenty three Local government areas in the State.
He however advised interested indigenes to obtain their National Identity Number, NIN, which is necessary for JAMB registration.
According to him, the distribution exercise will commence next week.
Pharmacist Almustapha Ali said the Ministry has set up various committees, to ensure hitch free distribution exercise.
