The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has announced that candidates scheduled for the 2026 Mop-Up Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, can now print their examination notification slips.
In a statement signed by JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the Board said the Mop-Up UTME is slated for Saturday, 13th June 2026.
According to the Board, the notification slip contains vital information for candidates, including examination centre, date, time, and other instructions required for a seamless exercise.
JAMB said the Mop-Up exam was scheduled for candidates who could not sit for the main UTME due to technical challenges, and for those whose biometric verification could not be completed during the earlier exercise.
The Board also urged eligible candidates to visit the Board’s website and click on “Print 2026 Mop-Up UTME Slip” to access and print their slips.
“Eligible candidates are advised to visit the Board’s website and click on “Print 2026 Mop-Up UTME Slip” to access and print their slips.
“Candidates are strongly advised to print their slips well ahead of the examination date and familiarise themselves with their examination centres to avoid last-minute difficulties,” the statement said.
JAMB emphasised that the Mop-Up Examination is the final opportunity for eligible candidates to sit the 2026 UTME. “No further examination will be conducted after this exercise,” the statement read.
It therefore urged the candidates to take advantage of the opportunity and make necessary preparations for the exam.
