BREAKING: Federal Government Ups Housing Loan Ceiling — Civil Servants Rejoice

In line with the unwavering commitment of the federal government to enhance the welfare and well-being of its workforce, the ceiling for housing loans provided under the Federal Government Staff Housing Loans Board has been reviewed upward.

In a statement signed by Obiechina Ngozi, Head of Information & Public Relations Unit, and made available to Aluta News in Abuja,

The initiative is intended to enable eligible and interested civil and public servants to better leverage the loan facility to acquire personal residential homes in alignment with Government’s housing policy objectives.

This upward review was made public through a circular signed by Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, Head of Civil Service of the Federation.

Mrs Walson-Jack encouraged civil and public servants who are eligible and interested to take advantage of this initiative and apply for the loan by submitting their applications to the Board.

She urged the applicants to comply with all the relevant procedural requirements and documentation as specified by the Federal Government Staff Housing Loans Board.

The memo reads, “further inquiries regarding the revised loan ceiling, eligibility conditions, application processes, repayment conditions and any other provisions as enshrined in the Public Service Rules may be obtained from the FGSHLB website:www.fgshlb.gov.ng or visit the office at 10th floor, Block B Phase 2 Federal Secretariat Complex Abuja”.
