Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar attended the coronation of Oba Clement Adesuyi Haastrup Ajimoko III, the new Owa Obokun of Ijesaland, in Osun State. Following the ceremony, Atiku paid a courtesy visit to former Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, at his residence in Ilesa.
During the visit, Atiku was warmly welcomed by Aregbesola alongside other notable figures, including former Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Najeem Salaam, former Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Moshood Adeoti, and Senator Adelowo Oriolowo.
However, the meeting took an interesting turn when Aregbesola’s drummers, seen in a video, sang “Tinubu maa lu’le” (Tinubu will lose in 2027), sparking a buzz among attendees. The former Vice President was accompanied by former Vice President Namadi Sambo during the visit.
