HON. ESTHER DAWAKI CONDEMNS SPATE OF KILLING AND ABDUCTIONS IN KADUNA STATE, URGES IMMEDIATE STEP UP OF INTELLIGENCE GATHERING

Former People Democratic Party (PDP) House of Representatives Aspirant in Chukun, Kajuru Federal Constituency’ Honourable Esther Dawaki, has condemned the spate of killings and adoptions in Kaduna State,

Dawaki made the Called during an interactive session with newsmen On Saturday in Kaduna.

She urged the government to provide lasting solutions to the invasion through a deliberate proactive security strategy that may lead to a stop of the killings as individuals or groups are handicapped to do so

The PDP chieftain has lamented that inspite of the huge amount budgeted for security, with the deployment of security personnel across Kaduna State, the incident of kidnapping, killings and demands for ransom have continued to thrive,

Dawaki has appeals to the federal government to take urgent steps leading to the immediate release of the kidnapped school children in Kuriga and other communals around Chukun and Kajuru local government area’s of Kaduna State.

The audacity of the bandits to knidnapped over 300 people and escaped unchallenged and their demands for trillions as ransom from government is a slapped on our faces , Dawaki explained

She emphasized that the Primary functions of government are the protection of life and properties of the citizens, unfortunately our government seems helpless in the provision of this basic functions and the masses are suffering the consequences.

She described the incessant insecurity as an attack on the future of Nigeria’s growth and development and must be stop at all cost,

Adding that aside of its effect to the economy development of citizens it will spot Nigeria in bad light in the international community,

Dawaki has sympathizes with the families of the adopted school children and the families of those communal already killed by the bandit while offering prayers for God’s intervention.

Aluta News reports that over 300 school children were adopted in Kuriga,  Chukun local government area 200,  farmers kidnapped from Tantatu and Buda wards of Kajuru local government and over 1000 members of these communities narrowly escaped to bushes and nearby villages to hamper for safety
