The State Executive Committee, the Party Leadership, and Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Benue State Chapter have extended their words of congratulations to one of their own from the Benue South Senatorial District, Dr. Sam Ode Mni, on his emergence as the Deputy Governorship Candidate of the party.
This is contained in a statement by Daniel Ihomun,State Publicity Secretary, APC, Benue State on Friday.
The selection process has been long, thorough, and tedious due to the array of qualified choices available to the party.
The meticulous considerations of elders and stakeholders of the APC over the past few months have finally produced one who will deputize the Governorship Candidate of the party, Revd. Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, PhD in the forthcoming general elections.
The party is glad on the choice of Hon. Sam Ode and believe that he will bring his experience to bear on the governorship ticket, and help to galvanize support for the APC across the state.
The party is also elated that the day has finally come and the issue will be put to rest so as to focus on the much desired victory in 2023.
The party wishes to thank and congratulate the party leadership, particularly of Benue South and our governorship candidate, Revd. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Alia for successfully choosing a running mate who knows his onions and will perfectly add value to the ticket.
