Domak-NAPS Unveiled Housing Scheme, Target 10m Polytechnic Students
Abuja Real Estate giant, the developers of Domak Garden City in Karshi, National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) jointly unveiled the Nigerian Student, Youths Land and Housing Investment Scheme 2021, Target 10m students
The scheme was unveiled by Ambassador Kingsley Azonobi Chairman, Chief Executive Domak Group and Comrade Olalere Adetunji President National Association of Polytechnic Student NAPS, on Tuesday in Abuja
The firm explained that the real estate is one of the major contributor to the economy and this scheme was conceived to empower youth and students so that the would have a secure future after passing through the turbulence period of studies
Speaking about the vision of the company and the launch of the scheme, the Chairman Chief Executive Officer Domak Group, Ambassador Kingsley Azonobi in his presentation, explained that the goal of the project is to see average Nigeria young man and students who work so hard to invest in the scheme, acquire landed assets for a better future after graduation.
According to him 70% of Nigeria populations are youths, saying the country produced about 1.5 million graduates yearly without jobs or business capital to absolve the teeming unemployed graduates.
He further encourages polytechnic students to invest massively in Domak-NAPS Land, Housing Scheme for a solid foundation to support their future endeavor.
Comrade Olalere Adetunji NAPS President narrated how the association made several effort, proposals to other real estate companies without success.
Describing the project as highly capital intensive which made most of the companies to declined
My team have visited the land and satisfied with the location and infrastructure, any students who invested in the scheme can build or resell in future, Said Adetunji
The student leader described Domak Group as a very reliable real estate company with passion to change the narrative of Nigerian students.
Aluta News reports that the scheme was built to accommodate 10 million Polytechnic students that will be able to invest a daily contribution of N350 , N2450 weekly and N9800 monthly to acquire the land
