The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, on behalf of the Governing Board, Management and Staff of the Commission, has commiserated with its Chairman Barr. Cosmas Akighir, Ph.D., over the death of his elder brother, Stephen Nyeikaa Akighir Diogo.
Dr. Tsenyil described the death as a painful loss, not only to the Akighir family but also to all those who knew and cherished the deceased for his exemplary character and contributions to the lives of others.
This was contained in a statement by Head, Media and Corporate Communications Department, North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Dr. Makut Simon Macham.
He acknowledged the grief that comes with the loss of a beloved family member, particularly one remembered as a loving husband, caring father, reliable brother and a man of integrity whose life was defined by love, responsibility and service.
The NCDC Chief Executive Officer noted that although death is an inevitable part of human existence, the passing of a dear one leaves a deep void in the hearts of family members and loved ones.
He, however, expressed confidence that the values, memories and positive impact of the deceased would continue to provide comfort and inspiration to those he left behind.
Dr. Tsenyil assured Barr. Akighir and the entire family that the Commission stands firmly with them during this difficult period, sharing in their grief and offering its thoughts and prayers as they navigate this painful moment.
He prayed that Almighty God would grant the deceased eternal rest in His kingdom and give the bereaved family the strength, comfort and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
