been plagued by controversy, with voters crying foul over disenfranchisement and none delivery of electoral materials,
The situation has sparked widespread outrage, prompting citizens to call on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to assume control of the electoral process.
Despite these challenges, the Kaduna State Electoral Commission (SIECOM) has declared the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of all chairman and councilor seats. This announcement has sparked outrage among locals, who claim that the election was never conducted but manipulated and compromised.
Voters are urging INEC to take over the conduct of local government elections to ensure transparency and fairness. This demand comes on the heels of allegations of bias and manipulation by the State Independent Electoral Commissions (SIECs) . INEC’s involvement is seen as crucial in restoring credibility to the electoral process.
Disenfranchised voters who shared their concerns with Auta News are demanding that the Kaduna State Electoral Commission takes immediate action to address the issues and ensure transparency in the electoral process. These voters urge the commission to investigate allegations of electoral irregularities and implement measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future, upholding the principles of democracy and free and fair elections
