CONYSSA Condemns Invasion of OYO State Governor’s Office, Urges Unity and Vigilance

Coalition of Nigerian Youths on Security and Safety Affairs stands in staunch condemnation of the recent invasion of the OYO State Governor’s office by agitators and separatists purportedly advocating for the Yòrùbá nation’s interests. The brazen attempt to disrupt governance and undermine the democratic process is utterly reprehensible.
The Director General, Amb. ADEMARIO Emmanuel emphasized that the sanctity of governmental institutions must be upheld at all costs, and any attempt to subvert them through force or coercion is a direct attack on the principles of democracy and unity. Conyssa strongly condemns such acts of violence and lawlessness, which have no place in a democratic society.
Furthermore, the DG calls upon the government and security agencies to bolster their efforts in intelligence gathering and proactive measures to swiftly apprehend those responsible for this heinous act. It is imperative that those who seek to undermine the unity and stability of Nigeria are brought to justice and face the full extent of the law.
