While still basking in the euphoria of the new Abia State that will elevate the state from her present condition of underdevelopment, economic downturn, and squalor occasioned by long approaches of clueless leadership, a group of concerned Abians who are happy with the coming opportunities for the blessed state under Dr. Alex Otti, the Governor-Elect, has made giant steps at hitting the ground running with efforts that will ensure that Abia loses no time once the news government takes over helms of her affairs.

According to Offor, the Ultimate Liberation and Actualization of the New Abia under the leadership drive of His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti OFR. like-minded Abians have joined forces to attract into the country some international investors and funding partners who are highly interested in the areas of industrialization and development of Abia’s Creative Industry, Entertainment, Industrial, and Smart Cities that will complement Dr. Alex Otti’s developmental agenda within a reasonable time frame
On this note, a three-man delegate arrived in Nigeria from Europe and was received by the leadership of the United Abia Artistes and Patriots in Abuja on the 26th and had a high-caliber meeting with the management of Sterling Bank Plc at the Bank’s Abuja office on the 27th of April,223 where the agreement was reached on the funding of several projects, including environmental related projects, infrastructural development for youth empowerment, construction and building of smart and industrial cities as approved by the UN-EU Organisation. The funding modalities have been accepted in writing by Sterling Bank PlC, Offor Said
A meeting was held with Zenith Bank, and site visitation for reconfirming technical capabilities with the technical team of the group via site inspection continues in various locations.
The expatriate team will depart Nigeria in a few days with assurances of viable partnership at no distant time.
