The Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, has announced the appointment of four Bishops for some of its diocese in the country.
His Grace Henry Ndukuba, the Primate and Archbishop Metropolitan, made the announcement after the church’s Episcopal Synod, on Friday in Abuja.
He said that the appointment was to strengthen and spread the work of God.
The Primate said Ven. Nixon Enekeme is now the Bishop-elect for the Diocese of Niger-Delta West while Very Rev. Andrew Adebiyi will take charge of the Diocese of Oke-Ogun.
He said that the newly elected bishops would be consecrated after all necessary procedures were done.
He added that Bishop Olugbenga Oduntan of Ajayi Crowther Diocese has been moved to Oyo Diocese while Bishop Abiodun Ogunyemi formerly of Zaria Diocese now moves to the Diocese of Ekiti-Kwara.
