NIPSS, PLF Signed MoU To Commence Youth Leadership Course

The National Institute of Policy and Strategy Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, have signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Princeton Leadership Forum (PLF) to commence a two weeks Transformational Youth Leadership Course (TYLC)

The MoU was signed by Brig Gen CFJ Udaya, Acting Director General NIPSS and Dr. Prince Chibuike Echem, President and Chief Executive Officer of PLF On Tuesday in Kuru, Jos, Plateau Stated

Also present at the signing ceremony are Prof OJ Para-Malam, Director of Studies and Mrs Wola Adanlawo Ijeoma, Head of Legal and PLF Team

The MoU would guarantee and ensure a two weeks Transformational Youth Leadership Course (TYLC) at NIPSS, Kuru, for selected participants across the 36 state and the federal capital Abuja

Dr Echem, President of PLF, who spoke after the ceremony has commended Brig Gen CFJ Udaya, Acting Director General, NIPSS, Kuru, for introducing a youth leadership training in the revered institute.

He said that the institute’s current management deserved commendation for the successes recorded so far

“We expect the proposed training programme to sharpen youth leadership skills and prepare them for higher responsibilities.

“The vision of training and moulding youths to enhance their ability, boost their strengths, self-esteem, confidence and motivate them to greatness is important as it will prepare them to manage higher responsibilities

“The youths are yearning for mentors to guide and train them so that they can become dynamic advocates, managers and participants in the management of Nigeria affairs

“As a graduand of the institute, I can confirm that the knowledge and training acquired from NIPSS will carry our young leaders into productive adulthood,” he said.

Echem said that the Princeton Leadership Forum are happy with the partnership for the benefit of Nigeria youth.
