APC Congress: Stakeholders Says Dr. Charles is the authentic Chairman of Enugu State
The All Progressive Congress (APC) stakeholders across Enugu State continue to insist that Dr. Charles Chukwu is the authentic Chairman of the party following his victory at the officially recognized congress held at the party secretariat in Enugu State.
Aluta News reports that two factions of the party held parallel Congress at different locations in Enugu State.
While the State Caretaker Committee Chairman, Dr. Ben Nwoye, conducted one of the Congress at the party’s headquarters, Nnamani group conducted another Congress at a different location in the state.
A source from APC national secretariat who spoke under anonymity disclosed to Aluta News that the party recognized only the exercise held at the state party Secretariat which had produced Dr. Charles Chukwu as Chairman
The emergence of Dr. Charles as Enugu State APC Chairman was applauded by party faithfuls and greeted with jubilations across the state
This medium can confirm that it is not yet over as the other faction led by some powerful forces including former Senate President Ken Nnamani are bent on upturning the victory in favour of their prefer candidate.
