Domak Shelter unveils largest and affordable housing estate in Africa offers 1,000 units to VIOs
Domak Shelter Limited, one of the Abuja leading real estate firms, has unveiled the largest and most affordable housing estate in Africa. Offers 1000 units to FCT, VIOs in the Domak Garden City.
The partnership with the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Vehicles Inspection Officers was signed in Abuja on Tuesday
Domak Shelter Ltd. management team,led by the Chief Executive Officer ‘Amb. Kingsley Azonobi signed and sealed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Management team of the VIO Home & Welfare Staff Cooperative Society Ltd.
The partnership is to build 1,000 Housing Units for the management and staff of the organization.
Bar Felix Nnadi, Head of Consultancy Unit of the VIO Cooperative Society, commended the leadership of Domak Shelter Ltd. for the innovative project and expressed his excitement about the MoU.
Nnadi said the initiative came along with liberal terms which would make a legacy in the life of the VIO officials.
He said that the approval to sign the MoU was obtained from the Head of National body of the organization ‘Engr. Sir Paul Bebe’ as well as the excos of the Cooperative Society Nationwide.
Also speaking, Usman Yahaya, the Director of Administrations, VIO urged Domak Shelter Ltd to make the Housing Scheme an affordable venture for the civil servants.
He said that the issue of housing was very important to the life of every civil servant “therefore,this very initiative is a very nice one for the staff of VIO and will go along way to help the staff plan toward their retirement life.”
Responding Amb. Kingsley Azonobi, Chief Executive Officer of Domak Shelter, expressed gratitude to and commended the VIO management team for the partnership deed.
Azonobi assured the company of his commitment toward delivering the affordable 1,000 housing units to its staff and ensure real time monitoring technology ‘Project Watch’ which would enable all subscribers get the actual coordinates to their land.
Aluta News reports that Domak Shelter Limited is also building a Domak Garden City, an estate project bigger than Gwarinpa estate in Abuja.
The firm has acquired 1,170 hectares of land in Nasarawa state close to Abuja for the development of about 25,000 housing units in the garden city in the most affordable price and flexible payment plan
Prices of flats.
According to the firm, the price of One Bedroom flat goes for 3,500,000, Two Bedroom flat, N5,950,000 and Three Bedroom, N7,500,000.
